Reporter Sarah Petrescu travelled to Mozambique and Rwanda as a recipient of the Jack Webster Foundation for Journalism “Seeing the World Through New Eyes” fellowship – funded by the Canadian International Development Agency. When she found out she was going, her first thought was, “I have to go to Kapasseni.”
